In-Person Walk-Ins

The ISSS office is located in Suite 130 of the North Decatur Building, 1784 North Decatur Road. For directions and parking information visit ISSS' Contact Information page. ISSS offers in-person advising during the following times:

Virtual Walk-Ins (Via Zoom)

To ensure immigration confidentiality and to allow the ISSS staff to access their ISSS Link record, international students and scholars should follow these steps to enter a Virtual Walk-in:

1. Step 1: Sign in to the ISSS Check-in System (required for the student/scholar to be admitted from the Zoom waiting room).

2. Step 2: Once the student/scholar has completed the ISSS Link check-in, they can then enter into the Zoom Virtual Walk-in below.

After joining, the student/scholar will be placed into a Zoom waiting room. The ISSS advisor will move them from the waiting room to the individual advising session on a first-come, first-served basis. The average walk-in advising session lasts 10-15 minutes. If more time is needed, the ISSS advisor may recommend that the student/scholar schedule an appointment with their ISSS advisor.

Students/scholars should login at least 15 minutes before the end of the session to ensure they can be seen by an ISSS advisor.
