Pre-Arrival Webinars
ISSS and its campus partners are pleased to offer a summer pre-arrival webinar series to answer new international students' most urgent questions before coming to Emory University. ISSS hopes new students and their family members will join as many of these webinars as possible. If unable to attend the live session, recordings of most sessions will be made available on the ISSS website. Please note each webinar has its own Zoom link, and all times listed are Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
Off-Campus Housing
This session is designed for incoming graduate and professional students needing advice about finding a roommate and an apartment (off-campus or at The Ridge, Emory's on-campus graduate housing). By attending this webinar, students will be more prepared to sign a lease in Atlanta and have a successful off-campus living experience.

Immigration Matters: Information Session and Q&A
ISSS advisors will share what it means to be an F-1 or J-1 student in the United States, and explain how ISSS supports Emory's international students. Attendees will learn what they should do over the summer to prepare, what to expect at the US border, how to check-in once they arrive on Emory's campus and where to find important information to help them maintain their visa status.

Information Session for Emory Parents and Family
We know parents and families may have many questions and concerns before sending their students to the US and Emory! ISSS, in collaboration with campus partners, are pleased to offer an information session for parents and families in English, Korean and Chinese. ISSS will share important information regarding the 2025-2026 academic year. Topics will include an overview of Emory University's Atlanta and Oxford campuses, important resources for international students, fall arrival and orientation details, and contact/social media information for key offices.
